Prestige Group will send you an email or SMS when your apartment is ready for handover. You'll usually get this message 2 to 3 months in advance.

2. Making Final Payments

Before you get your keys, you need to pay the final dues. These include:

1. Last payment instalment as per your payment plan
2. Maintenance charges (usually paid for 1 year in advance)
3. GST, stamp duty, and registration fees
4. Getting a No Dues Certificate

Prestige will assign a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to guide you through these steps.

3. Property Registration and Documents

After payment, Prestige will help you register your apartment. Registration is done at the Sub-Registrar's Office.

Documents you'll get:

1. Sale deed
2. Occupancy Certificate (OC)
3. Approved floor plan
5. Project layout plan

Make sure you carry ID proof and any other papers Prestige asks for.

4. Pre-Handover Inspection (Snagging)

Before you get the keys, you can inspect your apartment. This step is called snagging.

4. Details about your Homeowners' Association (HOA)

Now, your new home is officially yours!

6. Access to Amenities

After handover, you will be able to use the:

2. Swimming pool, parks, and walking paths
3. Visitor parking, intercoms, and security services

Some of these might be opened in stages, depending on when other towers in the project are ready.

7. Maintenance and Facility Support
