Prestige Group Plans New ₹2,000 Crore Housing Project in Mira Road, Mumbai

Prestige Group has announced a big new housing project in Mumbai. The developer is building it at Mira Road, one of the fast-growing areas in the city. The plan covers 5.2 acres of land and will have about 1,324 apartments. The project’s value is around ₹2,000 crore, making it one of Prestige’s largest in western India.

The new development will be called Prestige Garden Trails. It will offer homes for many types of families. There will be 1-BHK, 2-BHK, and 3-BHK apartments with well-planned layouts. The project’s total area will be close to 10 lakh square feet.

The project site is along the Western Express Highway (WEH) in Mira Road. It is also near the upcoming Metro Line 9, which will connect to key parts of Mumbai. This means people living here will have quick access to work, schools, and shopping areas.

Prestige Garden Trails is designed for comfort and balance. The plan includes green gardens, walking paths, and open areas for children. There will be a clubhouse, a swimming pool, sports courts, and a fitness centre. Families will also have spaces to relax, celebrate, and spend time outdoors.

According to Irfan Razack, the chairman and managing director of Prestige Group, the Mira Road project will give people modern homes at fair prices.

He said the team’s goal is to create spaces where families can live comfortably and safely. With this launch, Prestige Group continues to grow its presence in Mumbai’s real estate market.
