The RERA Registration number of Prestige Southern Star is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/210325/007603. The RERA approval for the project was granted on 21 March 2025 by the Karnataka RERA Board. It has also received other approvals like BBMP, BMRDC, BDA, and bank approvals. The township's launch date is scheduled for 22 March 2025. Its possession and occupation are set for Dec-2029 after 4 years of construction.
