For Q2 and H1 FY26, covering the period ending 30 September 2025, Prestige has delivered one of the strongest results in its history. The company recorded exceptional sales, introduced key new project launches, achieved timely customer collections, and maintained high occupancy levels across its office and retail assets.

Record-Breaking Half-Year Performance

The most important highlight is the highest-ever half-year sales in the company’s history.

  • Total Sales in H1 FY26: ₹1,81,437 million
  • Growth: 157% higher than the same period last year
  • Milestone: Prestige sold more in six months than in the entire FY25

This shows strong trust from customers. It also shows that Prestige’s projects are in high demand.

Office Business Performance

Prestige’s office portfolio also did well in Q2 FY26.

  • Portfolio Occupancy: 93.42%
  • FY26 Exit Rentals: ₹8,199 million

High occupancy means most of the office space is rented out. This brings stable rental income to the company.

Retail (Malls) Business Performance

Prestige’s malls and retail centres attracted many visitors and did strong business in Q2.

  • Q2 FY26 Turnover: ₹6,236 million (+9% YoY)
  • Footfalls: 4.8 million visitors
  • Portfolio Occupancy: 99%
  • FY26 Exit Rentals: ₹2,717 million

Almost all of the mall space is occupied. This shows that brands and retailers trust Prestige malls and want to be present there.

Message from the Chairman

Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Irfan Razack shared his thoughts on the performance. He said he is proud of the record sales and strong collections in H1 FY26.

He highlighted strong contributions from cities like Bengaluru, NCR, and Mumbai. He also pointed to the success of two major projects:

  • Prestige Nautilus, Mumbai
    • More than 60% of the inventory was sold
    • Worth over ₹4,400 crore
    • Achieved within just a few months
  • The Prestige City Indirapuram, NCR
    • Sales of over ₹8,300 crore
    • Collections of around ₹1,500 crore
    • Also achieved in a short time

He said the company will stay focused on timely delivery, careful financial planning, and a strong project pipeline.
