International Tech Park Bangalore

International Tech Park Bangalore (ITPB) is one of the oldest and iconic tech parks in India. Located in Whitefield, East Bangalore, this park is home to many well-known companies from around the world. It started in 1994 and became fully working in 1998. At first, ITPB was a joint project between Ascendas India Pvt. Ltd. (part of Singapore’s Singbridge Group) and KIADB (Government of Karnataka). Today, it is managed by CapitaLand, which took over from Ascendas-Singbridge.
