Embassy TechVillage is a top business park in Bellandur, South Bangalore, launched by Embassy Group. This vast project is spread across 84.4 acres of land and has 43 occupied companies in it. It has 88% of gross renters, which include MNCs. The property has different companies, including tech firms, business firms, etc. Launched in 2008, this tech park with great facilities was completed in 2011. It is one of the top SEZs of the city with top infra.

Embassy TechVillage is located on the ORR at Devarabisanahalli, Bellandur, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560103. It is right in the middle of the city's main IT corridor. It is well-linked to other important areas like Whitefield and Electronic City. The upcoming metro station will make the park even more accessible.
